From 4 to 8 September 2009, Jacques Garcia will be celebrating the Paris-Saint-Ouen Flea Market on a stand at Scènes d’Intérieur. The array will project the fabulous diversity of the Paul Bert & Serpette markets, and the exceptional selection promises to kill certain clichés about the ‘Garcia spirit’: ‘I prefer hands down expressing good and bad taste – a risk we take at the Flea Market every weekend – to saying nothing at all’. Range, choice, styles and prices will be a first-ever in the scenographic production of the famous decorator, who will present a resolutely modern approach to art objects for French and international novices and connoisseurs, without focusing on what is just contemporary.
